I just realized I never published these, they are from September 10th this past summer. Avi Buffalo played KEXP in Portland after making their way north from So. Cal up through Vancouver and back down into Seattle where I met Avi through my friend Mike Bes and hung out with him and the rest of the band whom I had met earlier in the summer. I think Bes plays like Casiotone or something in these, too?

Two of my favorites from his new stuff, along with "How Come" which I tuned in too late to record. Regardless, it's a really good performance with some weird-shower studio banter from Avi. I took the photo of Avi above at the Seattle show with an experimental camera I built this summer.
